By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, or screening, you agree to abide by these Ticket and Admission Terms and Conditions.
Movie Tickets (Purchased via Southampton Playhouse Website or App)
Tickets purchased through the Southampton Playhouse website or mobile app for movies are refundable and exchangeable up to 60 minutes before the screening start time. Refunds cannot be processed once the event has started.
To initiate a refund, please use the “Refund Tickets” option in your confirmation email or contact us directly (exchanges may only be made by contacting the box office):

Live Event Tickets
Tickets for live events (including plays, concerts, talks, comedy shows, and other special performances) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable upon purchase. Please review your selection carefully before finalizing your order.
In the case of an event cancellation, we will issue a full refund or provide options for readmission.
Event Cancellation/Rescheduling
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, The Southampton Playhouse will offer appropriate alternatives, including a full refund or options for readmission, when applicable. We reserve the right to reassign seats, move theaters, or change showtimes without notice.
Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
Special Offers
Discounts, promotions, and special pricing are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of The Southampton Playhouse.

Tickets for The Southampton Playhouse are available for purchase through authorized third-party platforms, including Fandango and Atom Tickets.
Please be advised that The Southampton Playhouse does not have access to or control over ticket sales, refunds, or exchanges made through these third-party websites. All inquiries regarding cancellations, changes, or refunds must be directed to the respective platform where the purchase was made.

Seating & Admission
Seating at The Southampton Playhouse may be reserved or general admission, depending on the event. For unreserved events, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted. Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of management.
Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed. We reserve the right to revoke this license, refuse admission, or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disorderly, unlawful, or in violation of our policies.
